For over a decade, I have specialized in designing and executing successful multi-million-dollar transformative initiatives at Fortune 500 companies in the financial services and insurance industries.

In 2023, I founded NOMADVISERS, the market-leading source for essential masterclasses to empower and equip individuals and organizations with the knowledge and skills to revolutionize their approach to business transformation.

Prior to NOMADVISERS, I led the customer experience and digital transformation efforts for AIG in North America, a leader in commercial and personal insurance solutions. Before AIG, I held leadership roles in operations and strategic transformation at Moody's, a leading source of relevant insights on exponential risk.

I am Master Black Belt-trained in Lean Six Sigma and a certified instructor of Lean Six Sigma, Design Thinking, and Agile methodologies, focusing on innovation management.

I have served on the Associate Board of the Council for Economic Education (CEE) and am a PhD candidate at GBSB Global Business School.
